Binghamton Housing Authority provides decent and affordable housing in a safe and secure living environment for low- and moderate-income residents throughout the Binghamton area.
The Binghamton Housing Authority will accept Public Housing Applications for Efficiency / Studios, & 1 – Bdrm. Units, starting at 8:00AM Monday 6/8/26 and will close at 4:00 PM on Friday 6/12/26. Public Housing Applications will be available @ 45 Exchange Street Binghamton NY 13901 for pick up and drop off ONLY from 8:00AM – 4:00PM. Applications submitted by mail, MUST BE POSTMARKED no later than 6/12/26.
