Public Housing Applications will be open May 13, 2024 – May 17, 2024 Applications can be picked up and dropped off at 435 State Street Binghamton NY 13901; between May 13, 2024 – May 17, 2024 during the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Social Security card required at time of application. Applications submitted by mail MUST be post marked no later than May 17, 2024.Please call 607-723-9491 ext. 164 to prequalify.
